Sea Watch is a 15-unit, nine-story condo at 16605 Perdido Key Drive directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Sea Watch is an owner and guests only building, although one year minimum rentals are allowed (none are currently in place). Each condo has a private elevator entrance and two assigned parking spaces (one covered and one uncovered in the overflow lot across the street). Additional double parking spots suitable for two cars, a RV, or a boat are available for lease at favorable rates for owners in the overflow lot. Amenities include a shaded outdoor pool with spa, a newly renovated fitness center with commercial grade equipment, and a newly renovated social area where owners and guests can enjoy pool and ping pong.

Owners enjoy a private beachfront and climate-controlled first floor beach storage. Each condo has a large Gulf view balcony and a smaller north balcony overlooking Ol' River, Bayou St. John and the intracoastal all the way to Arnica Bay.
